LodgeWorks Senior Vice President Development, Denny Meikleham, is responsible for site selection, market and economic feasibility analyses and permitting for all projects in the Eastern half of the U.S.Denny brings more than 25 years of experience in hotel development with various hotel organizations. He joined LodgeWorks in 2000 after serving as Vice President Real Estate and Development for Wyndham International and the Summerfield Hotel Corporation. Prior to joining Summerfield in 1994, he was a Partner and Senior Vice President of Development with the Guest Quarters Suite Hotel chain. Prior to that he served as Director of Planning for Holiday Inns, Inc. He has also worked as a senior consultant with Laventhol & Horwath, and as a trainer and general manager for the Victoria Station restaurant chain. Denny is a graduate of Cornell University, with a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration. |
