Dennis Leibel has served as a founding partner of Equire Associates LLC a financial advisory and consulting firm since 1998. Mr. Leibel is also a private investor and previously served as a senior financial and legal executive with AST Research Inc. and Smith International Inc.
He has been a member of the board of directors of Microsemi Corporation since May 2002 and served as its chairman since July 2004.
Mr. Leibel holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Brooklyn College a Juris Doctorate degree from Brooklyn Law School and a master of law degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the New York State Bar.
Mr. Leibel serves on the Commerce Energy audit and compensation committees. |
