Mr. Quinn's experience includes representing issuers in private and public offerings of limited partnership and limited liability company interests (including those with a REIT subsidiary) for investment by institutions and high net-worth individuals; structuring and negotiating joint venture arrangements; and representing institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating investments in private real estate investment funds.
