A 20-year industry veteran and CEP, Denise served as Education Director for the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals from 2003 to 2005. She came to EASi after serving as Director of Education and Certification for UBS Financial Services. In an earlier role as Divisional Vice President with UBS, Denise gained extensive product, training and implementation experience managing their stock option and ESPP products. Throughout her career she has held a rich mix of stock plan administration, product management, customer service and training positions for organizations including James River Corporation, Corporate Management Solutions, Great Lakes Strategies, and AST Stock Plan. Denise received her education from Virginia Commonwealth University and State University of New York in Purchase. |
