Denise Duca, Ed.M. Vice President, Human Resources
Denise Duca Ed.M. has been our Vice President, Human Resources since March 2005. Previously she served as our Executive Director, Human Resources from 2002 to 2005. Ms. Duca previously was Director - Staffing and Development for Carter-Wallace's New Jersey locations consisting of five major divisions; Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, International and Pet Products. Prior to her work with Carter-Wallace, Ms. Duca held human resources management positions at Colgate-Palmolive Co. and Viacom International, Inc. Ms. Duca received her Bachelor's of Professional Studies from Pace University, an M.A. and Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University, and has been a doctoral candidate in the Organization and Leadership Department at Teachers College, Columbia University |
