Denise M. Toomey, CPA Member of the Firm Denise is a certified public accountant with over nineteen years of experience. As a Member of the Firm at Wolf & Company, Denise performs financial statement audits of community banks, credit unions, mortgage companies, mutual bank holding companies and multi-bank holding companies. She also provides advisory services to executives and boards of directors on matters such as bank mergers and acquisitions, stock offerings and compliance with the financial reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and other bank regulatory agencies. Denise is also a member of the Firm's Accounting and Auditing Committee and participates in various training seminars sponsored by the Firm.
