As Executive Vice President Development Management, Denis Pierre Boulet, P.E. is responsible for all design, project management and construction activities for Gencom Group in numerous countries worldwide, from project conceptualization to final delivery of the asset. Prior to joining Gencom Group in 2006, Mr. Boulet founded FasTrack Associates Inc. in 1988 and lead the firm to a pre-eminent position in the Caribbean basin as a project development and management consulting firm; during that period, Mr. Boulet consulted for the Dutch Government, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund on the recovery of several distressed projects in the region. Mr. Boulet holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering and business from Ecole Polytechnique St Genevieve (Paris, France) and the University of Tulsa and is currently completing a PhD in Engineering. Mr. Boulet’s work has been published in several trade journals and is a Registered Professional Engineer as well as a member of AIA, NSPE and SPE-AIME. |
