Denis F. Kelly is a Managing Partner of Scura Rise & Partners LLC. From July 1993 to December 2000 Mr. Kelly was the head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Department at Prudential Securities Incorporated. From 1991 until 1993 Mr. Kelly was President of Denbrook Capital Corp. a merchant banking firm. Mr. Kelly was at Merrill Lynch from 1980 to 1991 where he served as Managing Director Mergers & Acquisitions from 1984 to 1986 and then as a Managing Director Merchant Banking from 1986 to 1991.
