Ms. Rosenzweig recently joined Innotrac as General Counsel and was appointed secretary of the corporation. Ms. Rosenzweig comes to us from Federated Department Stores where she worked as an attorney with experience in general corporate and commercial matters. She was General Counsel for Automated Wagering Interational, as well as Republic Waste Industries, managing the legal affairs of these publicly-traded corporations. Prior to these positions, Ms. Rosenzweig was corporate counsel at Healthdyne, Inc. handling securities and general corporate matters and at Alston & Bird, a full service law firm. Ms Rosenzweig received her law degree from University of Miami School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. |
