Delane Moeller is a Business Operations Program Consultant at LHI and assists with internal oversight and analysis of all LHI contract compliance and oversight to LHI’s proposals, contracts, and subcontract management. Mr. Moeller has over thirty years of hands-on experience in successful performance-oriented leadership and has held several executive-level management positions in the Department of Defense and private industry. He has significant experience in logistics management, military medical systems training and support, health services support, combat service support operations, systems analysis, program management, acquisition management, contract management, and fiscal management.
Mr. Moeller is a retired US Army Colonel, a charter member of the US Army Acquisition Corps, and a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM).
Mr. Moeller is a graduate of the US Army War College, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and the Defense Acquisition University. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master of Science degree in Acquisition and Contract Management from Florida Institute of Technology. He also graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in Business Administration. |
