Deirdre A. Kuring, who joined BRE in 2000, directs the operation of the company’s portfolio of more than 85 apartment communities in California, Washington and Arizona. She also oversees the Capital/Rehab, Ancillary Services and Marketing departments.
Kuring has more than 20 years of experience in property management. Before BRE, she was vice president, operations, for Archstone Communities, overseeing about 10,000 units in four Western states. She held the same title at Lexford Properties, Inc., managing the company’s multifamily and office portfolio in Seattle’s Puget Sound area.
Kuring holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seattle University. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and earned a Certificate of Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington. She is a member of the Albers Dean's Executive Advisory Board at her alma mater, and serves on the National Multi-Housing Council’s board of directors. |
