Dee Gaeddert is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. She is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and psychologist focused on building effective customer and interpersonal relationships.Prior to joining Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Gaeddert was President and Co-Founder of QI International, a consulting firm dedicated to improving the way organizations manage business relationships with customers, employees, and other stakeholders. She was also a recent practice leader with Personnel Decisions International.Since joining LeaderSource, Ms. Gaeddert has served on the management team and led the company’s business development and operations functions as COO. Recently, she assumed a dual role, also becoming the COO of Lominger International.As a coach, Ms. Gaeddert focuses on personal mastery, interpersonal mastery, and relationship management to give leaders the tools and understanding to create healthy, successful organizations. She understands the value of direct, respectful organizational communication; she sees what is possible and helps individuals move beyond what they know about themselves and others to achieve new clarity in their relationships. As an experienced speaker and facilitator on relationship management, Ms. Gaeddert is active in the community and many professional organizations. She co-authored Quality on Trial, McGraw-Hill (1994) and is an adjunct professor for the Department of Psychology at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Human Resource Planning Strategy, a former board chair on the Bethel College (KS) Board of Directors, and current chair on the Committee for the Future of the College. Ms. Gaeddert is also a Board Member of Urban Samurai Productions and Search Institute. In addition, she serves as a volunteer mentor to the Metropolitan Economic Development Association (MEDA). Ms. Gaeddert holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bethel College, KS. |
