Ms. Brescia, CPA, MBA, has 15 years of administrative and management experience, primarily in the health information systems and scientific research fields. She brings valuable insight and direction to the everyday operations of PhDx.Prior to joining PhDx, Ms. Brescia worked with Dr. Tuttle at Southwest Medical Ventures as chief financial and administrative officer. She also served as both director of accounting and director of sponsored programs for Lovelace Medical Foundation, performing grants and contract administration including pre- and post-award management. Ms. Brescia gained financial and accounting experience at KPMG Peat Marwick and PricewaterhouseCoopers.With PhDx since its inception, Ms. Brescia has been closely involved in the company's planning, early product development, and companion service implementation. In addition to her responsibilities as vice president of operations, Ms. Brescia currently serves as chief administrative officer, managing the company's finance, accounting and general administrative functions. |
