Deb manages core operations, including human resources, financial management and FINRA compliance for Bowen Advisors. Prior to joining Bowen Advisors, she was a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the Change Management Group, advising clients in the areas of HR strategy, training and communications. She has also held numerous positions in management, marketing and communications at various non-profit organizations in the Washington, DC area.
Deb received a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. Deb is qualified as a general securities representative and general securities principal and holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses. |
