Debra serves as Vice Chairman of Ferguson Partners Ltd. She is also a Senior Managing Director of FPL Advisory Group, overseeing the firm’s West Coast office. Debra's principal focus is on the origination and execution of executive recruiting assignments in the Western United States. She also participates in certain major consulting and finance engagements on behalf of FPL Associates. Debra has extensive experience working with senior industry leaders and structuring a wide range of complex financial transactions across all sectors of real estate.
