Her primary focus for the past seven years has been on performance improvement, acquisitions and the subsequent integration and consolidation of those companies, strategic long term planning, plant closing, and financing's. This includes both healthy companies and turnaround situations. Prior to that, the focus had been on debt financing's, mergers, and acquisitions.
