Ms. Aerne has extensive management, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience with organizations ranging from Fortune 100 companies to new business start-ups. A former Partner in the Management Consulting Practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers and subsequently IBM, she has developed and implemented strategies to position her clients for success in many areas. Her management consulting expertise includes manufacturing and operations strategy, business process re-engineering, large IT system implementations, new product development optimization, and change management. In addition, Ms. Aerne has more than 15 years of direct work experience ranging from operations and business planning roles at General Motors to President and owner of a ready-mix concrete company. Most recently she worked in a local startup software company as one of four principals. Ms. Aerne holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and an MBA from Yale University. |
