Debra Biggs is Director of Client Services in the Physician Search division of Cejka Search, a nationally recognized physician and healthcare executive search firm providing services exclusively to the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Joining Cejka Search in 2005 with over 20 years of nursing leadership experience, Deb is responsible for the management of physician recruiters, resource coordinators and administrative staff at the organization. With experience and skills in process improvement and quality initiatives, she assists in the development of programs, while tracking and reporting individual and group productivity in support of company goals. Deb has worked extensively in human resources, recruitment and organizational development, particularly in the hospital system environment. Her previous employers include leading healthcare organizations: St. John’s Mercy Medical Center, St. Anthony’s Medical Center, and most recently ESSE Health, where she was as Director of Organizational Development. Earning numerous certifications and licenses, she is a Registered Nurse, Basic Life Support CPR/CPR Instructor/CPR Instructor Trainer, Certified Oncology Nurse, Certified Industrial Trainer, and Trained DDI Instructor. She has been recognized in Who’s Who in American Management and Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women in Nursing and Healthcare. Deb earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Webster University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri at Columbia. |
