Debra A. "Debbie" Wilson joined Crescent Real Estate Equities Company in 1997 and serves as vice president of leasing for the Houston area. Ms. Wilson oversees the leasing of 3.3 million square feet of Houston Center which includes the new 5 Houston Center.
Ms. Wilson has been a part of the leasing team at Houston Center since 1986. Prior to joining the Houston Center Leasing team Ms. Wilsom was with Hines from 1982 to 1986.
In 2000 Ms. Wilson was awarded the Office Building Owners' Representative of the Year award by Houston Office Leasing Brokers Association (HOLBA). Her efforts totaled 1 037 000 square feet of signed space at Houston Center including 70 percent leased space signed in Crescent's newest development 5 Houston Center.
Ms. Wilson is a past board member of CREW Houston (Commercial Real Estate Women) and is a currently a board member of NAIOP and is a fundraiser and board member of the YMCA Camping Services.
Ms. Wilson graduated Cum Laude in Marketing and Business Administration with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1981 from Madonna University in Livonia Michigan. |
