Debra A. Schneider joined us in December 2006 and currently serves as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer. Prior to joining Transgenomic, Ms. Schneider was employed by First Data Resources as Senior Vice President, Finance. Ms. Schneider also has prior Big Four public accounting experience. Ms. Schneider holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and is a certified public accountant.
