Debra A. Niezer has been a director of the Company since 1998. Ms. Niezer has been the Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of AALCO Distributing Company, a beer distributor in Fort Wayne, since January 2002. Prior to that time, beginning in April 1995, Ms. Niezer was Vice President and Assistant Treasurer of AALCO.
