Deborah Tapper joined ProObject in 2003 as a Senior Systems Engineer/Project Manager. During Deborah's tenure, she has assisted government clients with requirements engineering and project management support. As the Requirements Management Practice Leader, Deborah is involved in corporate business development, recruiting and training efforts as well as leading multi-disciplined engineering projects focusing on project definition, requirements analysis, and design. Deborah has over 20 years experience in engineering with a focus on system software engineering for both government and commercial clients. She has successfully managed large scale programs with globally distributed team members. She has participated in all phases of software engineering include requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The software systems range from embedded devices through complex information systems. She is skilled in multiple software processes including RUP, Waterfall, AGILE, and CMMI. Additionally, Deborah is proficient in software design methodologies including Object Oriented Design as well as development languages including Assembly, C, and C++. Deborah is an active member in the local community and dedicates her free time to coaching youth soccer, serving on multiple committees at her children's school, and as a member of volunteer organizations both within the community and church. Deborah Tapper earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Loyola College of Baltimore and an M.S., Computer Science, from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI). |
