Deborah Pierce worked at major national companies in executive positions before joining the staff at First National. She previously worked for The Home Depot, Inc., as Director of Employment Practices for the company’s Central Division. She has also worked for Sears, Roebuck and Company as Vice President of Employment Law and Practices, the United States Department of Labor, Campbell Soup Company, Continental Airlines and the E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company. Deborah earned an undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation. The certification is awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute. |
