A director of the Company since September 10, 1999, and she was previously a director of the Company from October 1995 to October 1997. Mrs. Fortescue-Merrin is Vice-President of J. Perot Financial Corp., a private investment management firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Previous to joining J. Perot Financial, Mrs. Merrin was a securities broker for twelve years, and worked in the area of corporate finance from 1989-1992, specializing in special situations concerning medical issues. Mrs. Fortescue-Merrin is the President and a Director of North American Medical Services Inc. and she is also a director of Creative Entertainment Technologies, Inc., and Indico Technologies, each publicly traded companies. Mrs. Fortescue-Merrin is also currently the Chairman of Creator Capital Limited. |
