Deborah Perry is responsible for Covad’s Human Resource services. Ms. Perry is charged with creating a culture of excellence at Covad through leadership development and employee retention and hiring.
Ms. Perry joined Covad in 1999 and previously served as Vice President Corporate Services, Vice President Network Operations, Director Learning and Business Processes and Director Customer Service. Ms. Perry brings more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications, cable and broadband technologies and services.
Prior to Covad, Ms. Perry spent 20 years with AT&T and Pacific Bell in increasingly senior management positions in telephony, cable and wireless television, Internet Customer Sales and Service, and Interactive Voice Response Sales and Support for major customers such as the state of California.
Ms. Perry received a bachelors degree from the University of San Francisco in Organizational Development. |
