Ms. Bevier has been a director since 2003. She is Chair of the Company’s Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Ms. Bevier has been Principal of DL Bevier Consulting LLC since 2004. She was President of the Waldron Consulting Division of Waldron & Company from 2004 to 2006. She was President and CEO of Laird Norton Financial Group, Inc., a wealth management and investment advisory holding company, from 1999 to 2003 and Laird Norton Trust Company, a wealth management and investment advisory company, from 1996 to 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Ms. Bevier was Chief Executive Officer of Wentworth, Hauser and Violich, Inc., an investment advisory company that was a subsidiary of Laird Norton Financial Group, Inc.
