Experience:
Deann Lanz is an experienced associate in Mayer Brown’s real estate group. She has a widely diversified and multi-state practice in: Acquisitions and Dispositions: Representation of local and national developers, pension funds and real estate investment trusts in the purchasing, selling and developing of improved and unimproved properties, including large multi-asset portfolio transactions; Leasing: Representation of commercial landlords and major tenants in the drafting and negotiation of office, retail and industrial leases; and Lending: Representation of both lenders and borrowers in the drafting and negotiation of conventional financing documents, as well as loan assumptions.
