Dean L. Marotta, executive vice president and director of risk management of Zions Bancorporation, joined the company as senior vice president and director of internal audit in February 2003. He was named to his current role in May 2006. Marotta was formerly vice president and regional audit director with Merrill Lynch in Tokyo, Japan. He also served as vice president and audit director with Citibank in London, covering capital markets across Europe, the Middle East & Africa. Marotta also served as vice president, global markets audit with JP Morgan & Company in New York. He also previously held a variety of internal audit management, controllership, and external audit positions with Mocatta Metals Corporation (a subsidiary of Standard Chartered Bank), Continental Grain Company, and Pricewaterhouse & Co. Marotta is a graduate of Fordham University. |
