Dean A. Connor is President, Sun Life Financial Canada.
Mr. Connor joined the Company in September 2006 as Executive Vice-President with responsibility for Sun Life Financial’s United Kingdom and Reinsurance operations, as well as international expansion and specific Corporate functions including Medical and Underwriting. He assumed his current position in January 2008.
Prior to joining Sun Life Financial he was President, Americas, with responsibility for Mercer’s business in the U.S., Latin America and Canada. Prior to that, he led Mercer’s operations in Canada, including retirement and health and benefits consulting, investment and benefit administration and processing.
Mr. Connor is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the Richard Ivey School of Business. |
