Dean is the Senior Vice President Administration for Metcalf Bank. His job duties include: supervising the loan administration department; serving as the Bank’s Compliance and Security Officer; chairing the Compliance and Non-deposit Investment Committees; and sitting on the bank’s Management and ALCO Committees.He has been with Metcalf Bank since 2002 after spending 26 years as an Examiner and Supervisor with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in various locations throughout the Midwest, including: Overland Park; Omaha; Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and Detroit, Michigan.Dean is a 1976 graduate of Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, with degrees in Business Administration and History. He also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking, University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin in 1987. Dean is currently a Director of the Banker’s Institute, a Kansas City area training and education trade association for the banking industry. |
