With a strong, high-level executive administration background combined with previous construction knowledge, Dawn is able to provide support to the Construction Management Department and works closely with the Director of Construction Management, Buddy Montgomery. Her strong computer skills have allowed for an integration of technology in the construction department. In her current role she is responsible for controlling and filing the flow of construction paperwork and plans for each project and as well as Tenant Coordination. Dawn received an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force and received an Academic Achievement Award upon graduating from an Avionics Technical School in Denver, CO. During her Air Force term she worked on B-52’s at Minot AFB. After her time in the military Dawn returned home to Albany, NY and a few years later moved to Cary, NC. Dawn has had previous jobs in construction sales, pre-sales software engineering and commercial real estate development. |
