A former commercial director and photographer, Dawn has worked with celebrities like Jeff Bridges, Brad Pitt, Jeremy Piven and Julia Roberts. She has shot for American Airlines, Disney, Esquire, GQ, Keebler, People, and Pepsi. Working with these Fortune 500 clients caused Dawn to recognize the need for more relevant, creative communications directed to the LGBT market and so Merge was born. Dawn’s gay market insights led to groundbreaking ad campaign Straight Talk from Coors. Dawn also created GLAAD’s most successful PSA, Promote Freedom, Embrace Equality with Oscar nominated actress Julianne Moore. Dawn serves on the National Board of GLAAD and speaks around the country to Fortune 500 Companies about the $780 Billion gay demographic. She is also an active member of the Human Rights Campaign and National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce. |
