David has global accountabilities for the implementation, integration and deployment of Lavastorm products, supporting customers' post-deployment experiences and providing training and educational services to customers and partners. David joined Lavastorm in 2004 as part of the Professional Services team and has 16 years of experience in the execution and management of software development, package implementation and system integration across multiple industries, especially government and telecommunications. Previously at Lavastorm, David was Vice President of Professional Services (Americas), where he was accountable for Lavastorm implementations in North America. Prior to joining Lavastorm, David managed IT development and support for all OSS/BSS applications for a telecommunications provider. David holds a BA in Political Science and Economics, and a BS in Computer Science from New Mexico State University, an MS in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences from Northwestern University, and was a doctoral candidate in Political Science at Northwestern. |
