David has 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. David joined kCura in 2006 as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Prior to kCura he was the Chief Financial Officer of WaveCrest Group Enterprises, a global communications service provider. From 1997 through 2001, David served as Chief Financial Officer of Golden Telecom, Inc., NASDAQ - GLDN a leading facilities-based provider of integrated telecommunications and Internet services in major population centers throughout Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). David led the IPO of Golden in 1999, and raised $150 million to support the company’s aggressive expansion plans. David received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois and received his CPA certificate from the state of Illinois. |
