Joining the Incentra board of directors in November 2005 Dave Weiss has over 34 years of experience in the technology & storage markets. After his retirement as Chairman President and CEO of StorageTek in 2000 Mr. Weiss founded and is currently President of Mt. Sopris International Consulting and serves on the board for Apogee Enterprises Inc.
Under his leadership at StorageTek Weiss grew the established business by 26 percent from $1.9 billion to $2.6 billion. He expanded the company’s market presence into several new global markets. Prior to StorageTek Weiss held numerous executive management positions at IBM for more than 23 years. These management positions were in software microcode and hardware development as well as manufacturing and strategic planning.
Mr. Weiss received his B.A. in mathematics M.S. in telecommunications and M.B.A from the University of Colorado. He continues to serve on the Business College Advisory Board for CU Denver. |
