Co-founder and President of Pangia Technologies, David Walker has, in less than a decade, built the company into a major player in provision of Information Technology and Engineering services to the United States Intelligence Community. Recruited as an electrical engineering undergraduate for work with the Department of Defense, Mr. Walker holds a considerable body of experience in crafting solutions for critical intelligence needs in both public service and government contracting. Since 1990, Mr. Walker has consistently delivered innovative technologies spanning from enterprise telecommunications and information processing hardware to the latest web-based knowledge sharing software and services. In his role as President of Pangia, he has maintained triple digit corporate growth while creating dozens of positions, significantly expanding the business into information assurance, scientific and engineering computing, systems engineering and software development. Often partnering with the largest integrators in Federal contracting, Mr. Walker has consistently fused entrepreneurial élan with superb attention to detail in selecting new ventures for Pangia. Embracing a holistic approach to management, he calls upon experience gained with NSA and as a consultant with Booz|Allen|Hamilton in directing the company's technical and business initiatives. Holding a B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. from Pennsylvania State University and Johns Hopkins University, respectively, Mr. Walker is a member of Vistage, IEEE and AFCEA. He is married with two children and is an avid sailor and guitarist. Executive Vice President Bill Delinsky is one of the founders of Pangia Technologies. He has held the position of Executive Vice President since 1999 when the company was formed. As Executive Vice President, Bill has been instrumental in providing the vision and leadership required through Pangia's start-up stages and in its current growth period. His vision has been a key factor in Pangia's development of new business relationships and in bringing in a diversity of new IT positions. He has also been a leader in developing Pangia's progressive hiring and employee benefit plans. Bill has over 16 years of experience in engineering, technical leadership, management and consulting. He is an expert in specific telecommunication engineering fields utilized in the Intelligence community. He has been directly recognized for his work by directors at the National Security Agency and other Department of Defense agencies. Growing up in a coal mining area in northeastern Pennsylvania, Bill developed a strong work ethic along with a positive attitude toward challenges, as well as the ability to face and solve problems head on. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Pennsylvania State University in 1986 and received his Master of Science Degree in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University in 1996. He is married with three daughters and is an avid sports fan. |
