David Ure: David U. is the Co-Founder, President & CEO of Inanovate. He holds an M.S. in Nuclear Physics (Distinction) and B.S. in Astrophysics (Honors) from the University of Birmingham, UK. He received his MBA (Summa Cum Laude) from Babson College were he was a Fellow and recipient of the prestigious Sorenson award for outstanding academic and entrepreneurial achievements. David has also co-authored internationally published nanotechnology articles. David has deep experience in company start-up and growth issues. He took over a local accountancy firm under difficult conditions, introduced new operational and management procedures and led the firm through a period of change which saw its value double. David then positioned the firm for, and completed, a successful sale. He has also launched and actively managed a successful property development business, and has spent a number of years as a consultant to corporate clients on a variety of start-up issues. Additionally, David has significant business development experience, leading the successful launch and development of a new UK region for a national accountancy firm in his early consulting career. David has combined all his entrepreneurial, business development, strategic and technical expertise to launch Inanovate and build a company at the forefront of the emerging ‘nano-structured materials’ space. |
