David currently serves as Managing Director/ Investment Banking at Northeast Securities where he assists issuers and investors in connection with equity and debt private placements and advises on merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Northeast in November 2001, he served as Vice President of Corporate Planning at the investment bank C.E. Unterberg, Towbin for two years and Ernst & Company for eight years (where his last banking deal was the sale of the firm). Before that, he was a commercial banking officer with the Barclays Bank of NY, The CIT Group and Howard Savings Bank (now Wachovia Bank). Mr. Tsiang is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey, CFA Level I qualified and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
