David Temlak has served as Senior Vice President Customer Service since joining SupportSoft in 2006. Temlak is responsible for the SupportSoft Expert Center, which delivers technology support services to consumers based on the SupportSoft technology platform. Prior to SupportSoft, Temlak served as the senior vice president of customer care at Time Warner Cable, the nation's second largest cable company. At Time Warner Cable, he was responsible for supporting over 14 million customers by guiding its Corporate Customer Care operations that helped service all TWC product lines, including Road Runner, the highly successful High Speed Internet Service Provider offering. Prior to Time Warner Cable, Temlak held customer care management positions at Continental Cablevision, Banyan Systems and Connolly Data Systems. |
