David comes to Inxight with almost 30 years of experience as a practicing lawyer working with companies ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 500.

Before joining Inxight, David was Vice President of Legal and Human Resources for Zoho Corp., Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for iVendor, Inc., and General Counsel for Interlink Computer Sciences, Inc. (now Computer Associates). He has also held senior legal positions at Network General Corp. (now Network Associates), Tandem Computers (now HP) and Ticor Title (now Fidelity National).

David started his career as a Public Defender and had his own firm for several years. He was an active trial lawyer for 12 years before joining the high-tech industry. He has a B.A. in economics from the University of California-Berkeley, a J.D. from the Santa Clara University, and an LL.M. (Tax) from Golden Gate University.
