David Strucke has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, and a Director since November 2001. David also served as our Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to November 2003. David served as Vice President Finance & Accounting of Navtech-Canada from October 1999 to January 2000 and as its Director of Finance and Accounting and a Business Analyst from January 1999 to October 1999. Prior to joining us, David served as a Financial Analyst focusing on mergers and acquisitions for an automotive capital equipment manufacturer and performed financial and accounting consulting work for manufacturing companies from 1996 to 1998. David obtained a Masters of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor’s degree in Science in Engineering. David has lectured on Introductory Finance for the undergraduate business program at Wilfrid Laurier University. |
