Mr. Stolick is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 12 years experience in corporate financial management. He joined BrainStorm after 10 years as Corporate Controller for M-Systems Flash Disk Pioneers Ltd. (Nasdaq: FLSH), where he had responsibility for the accounting and financial activities of the company and its global subsidiaries. Responsibilities also included financial reporting, directing and implementing investment strategy, public offerings, and financial coordination of contract manufacturing. Prior to M-Systems, Mr. Stolick worked as deputy controller at Electronics Line Ltd., a company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and as an auditor in a large accounting firm. He earned his degree in Economics and Accounting from the Ben-Gurion University, Israel in 1991. |
