David is highly experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions and in Corporate Finance, having accumulated his experience over more than 25 years.
He gained mergers and acquisitions experience first with Flextronics International Ltd., a global contract manufacturer of electronics and related systems. While at Flextronics David successfully completed domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. David next served for four years at a Dallas based investment banking firm where he gained experience representing sell side clients and in representing clients in Corporate Finance transactions.
David gained his first experience in Corporate Finance in public and private capital markets at The LTV Corporation. David has served as Treasurer of three companies in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, a hospitality and restaurant company, a real estate conglomerate and finally at the Morningstar Foods Corporation, a nationwide food marketer and processor. As Treasurer, David gained specialized knowledge in banking relations, asset finance, cash forecasting and in investor relations. |
