Mr. Springer is President of NIP Group’s Program Division and a member of its management committee since 2005. Mr. Springer’s insurance career spans over 20 years. Prior to joining NIP Group he held senior executive positions with profit and loss responsibility at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (NASD: AFSI), Prudential Insurance Company (NYSE: PRU) and Small Business Underwriters, Inc. Mr. Springer has a long track record of profitability managing property, casualty and benefit insurance underwriting operations. Earlier in his Prudential Insurance Company career he was an operations and systems consultant involved in the development and implementation of large scale reengineering projects. Mr. Springer graduated from the University of Delaware with a BA in Arts & Science. |
