David Roxby, Vice President, specializes in strategy issues for energy companies. He focuses on supply chain, technology, finance, and organizational design challenges in the oil, gas, chemicals and utility sectors. Prior to joining CRA, Mr. Roxby was a manager with Arthur D. Little's Global Energy practice. He has led and participated in projects, including deepwater strategy, supply chain strategy, organizational capability strategy, design of E&P contract terms, acquisition strategy, and portfolio analysis. His clients include supermajors; national oil companies in West Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America; independent oil and chemical companies; major service companies; and utility companies. Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Mr. Roxby held several international positions within the Shell group of companies, including a joint venture between Shell and the government in the Sultanate of Oman. |
