David Riker, Vice President, is an expert in the design and estimation of econometric and theoretical models of competitive interactions in energy markets and other product markets. Dr. Riker has been involved in damages estimation and merger analysis within the Energy and Competition practices and in antidumping and CVD and safeguard cases within the International Trade practice. Dr. Riker has provided testimony as an expert economist on many occasions while working at CRA International. Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Riker taught graduate and undergraduate courses in economics at the University of California San Diego and MIT. |
