David Reymann brings more than 25 years of business and accounting experience to his role on the Board. He served as chief financial officer of Aether Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2006, playing a key role in its successful public offering in 1999 and several secondary offerings that raised in excess of $2 billion. There, he effectively developed and maintained a system of internal controls that routinely conformed to all Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, without exception.
He was also integral to the process of converting Aether from a wireless communications company to a brand acquisition and management company (now NexCen Brands, Inc.).
His experience, from his years of experience in public accounting at Ernst and Young through to his latest role as CFO at Aether, will help drive Avatech’s efforts to lower expenses, grow the top line, and deliver profits to our investors. |
