As Senior Vice President Chief Accounting Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer Mr. Rector is responsible for financial reporting compliance and accounting operations.
Prior to joining ZipRealty in 2002 Mr. Rector held senior financial positions in the real estate financial services and internet/high tech industries including Insignia Commercial Allegiance Realty Group (American Express) Lowe Enterprises and Trusthouse Forte Limited.
A CPA Mr. Rector spent his early professional career as an audit manager with Price Waterhouse in their Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of California Los Angeles. |
