David has been with Nielsen Mobile for over 6 years in roles ranging from Operations, Product Management, Business Development and Analytics. Originally trained as a statistician, David was the product manager for Nielsen Mobile's drive testing program since 2004, and implemented analytic, market-level network performance scoring systems for several national operators. Prior to Nielsen Mobile, David spent 3 years at BellSouth telecommunications, designing and implementing the first customer targeting efforts for direct marketing of residential telecommunications products. Prior to BellSouth, he spent several years doing econometric forecasting at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta, making recommendations on monetary policy to voting members of the Federal Reserve Board. David holds a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University, and a M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University in Atlanta. |
