David S. Pepe is a Managing Director of DTZ Rockwood and leads the firm’s Orlando office. With over 25 years experience in the investment real estate business, Mr. Pepe has been responsible for the sale, development, leasing and/or construction of over 10 million square feet of commercial property and over 9,000 residential units. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Pepe spent 10 years as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Services Group. Mr. Pepe has successfully completed over 100 exclusive investment sales and corporate services assignments totaling over $2.5 billion. Mr. Pepe holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Rollins College, Florida and went on to pursue his Masters Degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida. |
